  1. Returns and Exchanges:
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bottled water for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged bottles or incorrect items), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.

  2. Refunds:
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item. Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) are received, and the condition is verified.

  3. Contacting Us:

  4. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are available only for issues related to damaged or incorrect items. We are unable to provide refunds for customer change of mind or other non-defective reasons.
