At AquaFlo Hydration, we aim to deliver your bottled water as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us:

  1. Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods and Costs:
    We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  3. Delivery Time:
    Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

  4. International Shipping:
    At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally.

  5. Shipping Delays:
    While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays. AquaFlo Hydration is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

  6. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
    If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
